Girls PG — Basic Rules & Regulations
Entry & Exit: Residents must follow the PG’s entry/exit timings and inform management about late returns.
Visitors: Visitors are allowed only in designated/common areas and must follow PG timings. No overnight visitors.
Identification: Residents must provide valid ID and emergency-contact details at the time of admission.
Cleanliness: Keep rooms, bathrooms and common areas clean. Do not litter or damage property.
Noise: Maintain a peaceful environment, especially during 10 PM–7 AM.
Safety: No unauthorized persons are permitted to stay in the PG.
Smoking & Drugs: Smoking, illegal drugs and other prohibited substances are strictly forbidden on the premises.
Alcohol: Follow the PG's stated policy and applicable law; no drunken or disruptive behaviour.
Property Damage: Any intentional damage to PG property will be chargeable to the responsible resident.
Food & Kitchen: Follow designated cooking/food-storage rules and maintain cleanliness.
Electricity/Appliances: Use electrical appliances safely; prohibited/high-load appliances may not be permitted.
Room Changes: Room/bed changes require prior approval from management.
Rent & Dues: Rent, security deposit and other agreed charges must be paid on time.
Guests/Personal Conduct: Respect other residents' privacy, dignity and personal belongings. Harassment, bullying, threats or abusive behaviour are not permitted.
Notice Period: Move-out and refund procedures will follow the terms agreed at admission.
Emergency: Residents must immediately report fire, electrical, security or other serious emergencies to management.
